Advanced Adaptive Algorithm

The H2OB2 system utilises our most advanced adaptive algorithm to determine the best protection frequencies automatically. This adaptive algorithm utilises the calibration value and many sensors to calculate the output values on the fly.
!BLAST!™ Function

The !BLAST!™ Function comes from years of development in the ultrasonic bio fouling prevention industry. It provides a blast of output at very specific frequencies adapted from the calibration values, sensors and algorithm live at pre determined intervals for drastically improved protection.
Advanced Data Display

The H2OB2 Marine Growth Prevention System utilises a Graphical OLED display to provide up to the second live information of the running status of the device. This information includes, Status, Input Voltage, Current Averaged, Unit Temperatures, Drive Circuit Temperatures, Fuse state, Channel Temperatures, Channel Currents, Error Statuses and access to the menu for system settings. The Status screen has a number of error detection behind it and shows real time legible error statuses for simple diagnostics.

Automatic Calibration

The H2OB2 system utilises an advanced process of calibration, detecting a number of characteristics via the installed transducers "learning" about the substrate they are installed on and storing this information for use by the Adaptive Algorithm and !BLAST!™ Function. Calibration, among other things, can be triggered from the menu on the device or via our website management facility.

Adaptive Ultrasonic Cavitation

The H2OB2 system utilises our advanced Adaptive Ultrasonic Cavitation system, varying the size of the Cavitation bubbles to increase the effectiveness and prevent algal / bacteria recovery while improving the scrubbing and descaling effects.

Charts, Live Data and more

The H2OB2 system has an optional cloud management facility. Our servers obtain live data at regular intervals from each device and store historical data to display information online of the operation of each device. We can also display the latest data and generate alerts using live data and trending data for preventative maintenance and reduced instance of downtime and maintenance costs.

Cloud Connected

Using our Cloud connection option provides more than just online viewing of runtime data. We can generate alerts via email or SMS to reduce downtime and maintenance costs. We can also make configuration changes to the device! That is to tweak the output function using custom settings all uploaded to the device from our secure servers. The system can also be used to trigger calibration functions and adjust power levels! Saving your maintenance crew time from manually changing settings on the device.
